1. No, Please dont join Global edge software . Its a consultancy based organisation . But they project it as a embedded wireless telecom based product based company

2.They got cmm level 5 certification long back in process . They did not go for renewal also

3. Company is too much money minded .

4.They bluff the clients . ( Send freshers of 6 months projecting them as 1.5 + years experience guys ) , People will believe as freshers know some unix internals basics .

5.The telephonic interview for a candidate from the client is attended in the conference room where the project manager , project lead will also be present and they ll write the answers on the board .

6. Its a 100 % service based company .

7.They will tell to join the company immediately . But after joining u ll be put on bench for 2 or 3 months ,Untill the client tells to send u to join their place .Otherwise u ll be thrown out citing some issue with the client .

8.Still they have a bond system for freshers ( 3 years - 2,00,000 rupees ) and for 1+ people ( 1 year - 1,00,000 rupees )

9.Worst part is they pay very very less than the industry standards .

10.Untill u r in the client place or billable u r the king , if u ll be treated as slave
