Did Yoweri grow up in Rwanda?

Reports say that Yoseri Tibuhaburwa Buzaliranwa a.k.a. Yoseri Kayibanda Rutasirwa a.k.a. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni was born in Rwanda and came as a refugee with his mother who was fleeing Rwanda. His mother married Kaguta. \He did not call himself Kaguta until he wanted to take up presidency of Uganda. He did identify with Kaguta. He knew very well that his citizenship would come into question, so he assumed the name of Kaguta, who had sttled in Ankole then.

In all his Tanzania and before presidency days he called himself Yoweri Tibuhabirwa Museveni. Mr. Byanyima knows well his history for he is the one who was Mr. Kaguta's employer, Museveni's stepfather. Reports say that his father may be Tanzanian or Rwandese. Museveni wrote an essay on - "Fanon's theory on violence: It's verification in Liberated Mozambique" by Yoweri T. Museveni. This was published in 'Essays on the Liberation of Southern Africa' edited by N. M. Shamuyarira - University of Dar es Salaam - Studies in Political Science. His graduation is questionable from the University of Dar es Salaam. Shamuyariria is a minister in Robert Mugabe's dictatorial govt. of Zimbabwe.
