Royal Sealy of Japan did not always mark their china. While many pieces are marked, especially those produced after World War II, earlier items may not always feature a consistent or clear marking. The company used various marks over the years, and some pieces may only have a paper label or no mark at all. Collectors often rely on the design and characteristics of the china to determine its origin when no marking is present.

needs more info. image will be great.
I bought some from an eBay dealer called seaside*collectibles. They were beautiful pieces. The dealer said that the company was producing stuff from the mid 1940s - early 60's and was a steady importer from Japan. Royal Sealy made a bunch of luster ware and are very popular now for their unusual tea cups and head vases.
