Egyptians speak Arabic. - standard Arabic but there is also a dialect for that country - words that only Egyptians use - (my favorite is yasta hehe) but also there is wide use of English there- I wouldn't go as far as saying that everyone in the country speaks English, but a majority do, I suppose due to the British history there- and a lot of business dealings are done in English.

What language do Egyptians seek?

Seek? I don't think that they are really looking for another language. The modern Egyptians speak Arabic and many of them speak English as well. The ancient Egyptians spoke their own language which was a Semitic language and the root language of many of the ancient near east languages due to the length of time the Egyptians influenced the area.
