Winter played a crucial role in the Soviet victory at Stalingrad, but it was not the sole reason for their success. The harsh winter conditions created significant challenges for the German forces, who were not adequately equipped for the extreme cold. Additionally, Soviet troops, familiar with the terrain and conditions, were able to launch effective counteroffensives during this period. Ultimately, a combination of strategic planning, resource management, and the resilience of Soviet soldiers contributed to the victory at Stalingrad.

Stalingrad was a turning point in WW-2 on two counts. It was costly on both sides in men and material and ended in a complete Soviet victory. The Germans advance to the East had been halted. Of equal importance was the psychological impact. Hitler wanted Stalingrad for the strategic value this major industrial city on the Volga represented but also because of its name. Stalin came to see the protection of Stalingrad as a personal thing. Prestige was on the line and the result was the loss of a million lives.
If my estimate USA will win. Canada is very good with Sidney Crosby, who plays for the Pittsburgh Penguins, can also win. USA has a very good team. But it's between USA, Canada, or Russia. Russia because Evgeni Malkin is on that team too which is also from the Pittsburgh Penguins. It's between these three but my estimate would be 1.USA 2.Canada 3.Russia
