Of course we do. Northern Europe practically invented Christmas, only we don't call it Christmas. We call it its original name - Jul (or Yule in english).

Sinse northern europe was the last part to Christianize, the new religion of Christianity was heavily influenced by our old pegan traditions.

Yule is one example.

Of course it has changed through the ages, but Yule in Denmark is today still a celebration of the Light ( Midwinter Solstice ), with a few christian symbols thrown in.
