I'm going to assume you mean the whistling tree frogs than one hears in the caribbean. If so, I believe the answer is no. As a tropical species, it would be extremely difficult for them to find a warm enough area to survive our winters.
The striped marsh frog, pobblebonk, whistling Verreau frog, brown tree frog, growling grass frog and the spotted marsh frog live in the Yarra River.
