FedEx employees are eligible for flight benefits that allow them to fly for free or at a significant discount on FedEx flights, subject to availability and certain conditions. These benefits typically apply to employees and their eligible family members. However, employees must adhere to specific policies regarding standby travel and scheduling. It's important for employees to check with FedEx for the most current details on travel benefits.
