Yeah they do have a declaration fee, this fee protects the Ghanaians from any incovenience they face abroad, incase they cant get to their destination, they will use the fee to cater for themselves and return back home, its refundable....
As of my last knowledge, the government of Ghana does not have a specific declaration fee for citizens traveling abroad. However, it is important for travelers to be aware of any relevant customs regulations and requirements when departing from Ghana, as these may vary depending on the destination and purpose of travel. It is advisable to check with the appropriate authorities or embassies for the most up-to-date information on any fees or declarations needed for traveling abroad from Ghana.

what is the total schoolfees of zenith university ghana in naira
no, if you do, then you are dealing with corrupt immigration officers. P.S., if the "lady" from Ghana, whom you've never actually met face-to-face and professes undying love for you, sends you an e-mail saying they need money to show immigration, pay a declaration, or to show money in a bank account in order to come and visit you, IT IS A SCAM
Yes. If you purchased property that was subject to a recorded Homeowner's Association Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants then you must pay the fees. The rules are in the declaration and you can review them at the local land records office.
u idiots learn fee answer question and don't ask me it i asked u first u idiot u back foot
Ghana was formerly known as the Gold Coast. The word 'Ghana' means "Warrior King" and was the title accorded to the kings of the medieval West African Ghana Empire, although this empire was further north than the modern-day country of Ghana. The name "Ghana" was the source of the name "Guinea" (via French Guinoye) used to refer to the west Africa coast off the Republic of Ghana (as in Gulf of Guinea). Ghana was adopted as the legal name for the Gold Coast combined with British Togoland upon declaration of independence and autonomy on 6 March 1957.
