Yes! Though due to the environmental problems we face (maybe global warming), it usually snows later on in December. I'm not sure if it was two or three winters ago, but one time, there was no snow on Christmas, like none whatsoever! Also, I believe last December (2008), earlier in the month, the weather was almost spring like! But in the end, it does snow in December.
