No, the currency of Turkey is the Turkish Lira.

In some tourist areas the Euro may be accepted.
The currency is the New Turkish Lira, which is worth about half a Euro. However people are happy to accept Euros if you prefer to pay that way. In markets etc euros (or sterling) is a cheaper way than using Turkish Lira
