I live there, and it occasionally has snowed for a few days in February etc. But I don't think this is what you call snow.
Are you joking? It always snows in Glasgow and Edinbugh. I'm not entirely sure about Edinburgh but it always snows in Glasgow, mostly in the December/January period.
