At present no... The only carrier who currently fly the A380 to Los Angeles (LAX) is Qantas who opperate flight between LA and Sydney and LA and Melbourne. Qantas and Singapore Airlines both fly between Singapore and both Melbourne and Sydney so you could fly the A380 all the way to LA just not without a stopover also you have to take Qantas for at least one sector.
