How are Russian children raised?

Russian infants are wrapped tightly in swadling clothes. They look like Katrinka dolls. This wrapping keeps them quiet and docile. Western infants are kept in a more natural and unfettered condition. They are allowed to stretch and cry. This fosters an immediate communication, repore and bonding between the infant and the parents.

In the 60's and 70's and even early 80's,children were raised very strongly.They were taught respect at an early age,manners and education was key.The schools were very tough!The parents taught their kids about nature and culture.Right wrong ,and if the children did not listen,they would get beaten...bad.

Now things are more loosened up,but the parents still believe kids should be taught hard in othr for them to grow up to be good people.
