The President is chosen by the Parliament and three delegates from each region. The President appoints the Prime Minister. All voters over 18 can vote for the Chamber of Deputies. All voters over 25 can vote for the Senate. The Constitutional Court is made up of 15 members where one-third are selected by the President, one-third is elected by Parliament, and one-third are elected by lower courts.
