Yes the Australian Constitution can change depending on if the High Court deems a law that is unconstitiutional through a legislative process, usually Ammendments Acts will replace the unconstitutional Acts to prevent further breaches of a particular Act or Article, although there are many cases where the Federal Government and The High Court deem Ammending Acts unconstitutional and will change several times.
