I have checked several sources, National Weather Service, USGS, NOAA, local weather data, and to the best of knowledge the answer to this is. There is not a Frost Line Established for Central Arkansas. We simply do not stay below freezing long enough to establish one. Sure the ground freezes; sometimes 6-8 inches deep. But does not stay frozen as the ground does in the northern part of USA and other areas. Tommy Thompson
