You are partly right, Guatemala is the land of many trees, but the word is not Mayan, its Nahuatl, which is the language of the Aztecs, or ancient Mexicans, Another Country who bears a name with Nahuatl roots, is Nicaragua, which means here ends Anahuac, which was the name of the Aztec empire.
