How did Kosovo declare independence from Serbia?

After a period of eight year from the ending of the war, Kosovo declared its independence in coordination with the US, Germany, Albania, France, UK and some other countries.

Kosovo is the last separate state from Jugosllavia !

Historically Kosovo was never part of Serbia.

It was part of Illyria Called Dardania and till 1912 was part of Albania.

Unfortunetlly there times The London Conference of 1913decided for disfavor of Albanian people and their Geographic Territories so Kosovo remained outside of ALBANIA.

The serbain state was killing the albanian people and was imprision the albanian teachers and democratic leaders.

Kosovo became independent because its Albanian government installed by the USA and NATO after the war decided it wanted to be independent from Serbia despite UN resolutions opposing this, the opposition of the Serbian minority in Kosovo and the opposition of Serbia, many surrounding countries and other countries in the European Union. Its independence is recognized by barely a quarter of countries around the world.
