well in any tourism there are positives and negatives. However as you may or may not know Italy is split in to the northern and southern region of Italy and north is the richer region as it has better farming , jobs and tourism. tourism is a positives as it bring money and popularity but on the other hand the land has to be built up on year by year to keep these up , but there are still the old history route to tourism which is one of Italy's strong points. so in conclusion tourism is good for the country wealth and industry but can have a large affect on many local people and places.
Government leaders can get affected by worldwide meetings. Maybe airplane crashes might have to do something with it. Flying devices can cause noise pollution and air pollution.
