Joining the Masons in Cameroon is the same as joining it anywhere. You need to know personally one or more members of the order and have their recommendation to join. You need to express your interest in joining the Lodge to people who are members of the Lodge already.

If you do not know any Masons, there are websites for the Grand Lodge of Ghana and also for the Provincial Grand Lodge of UGLE as it affects Ghana. Go to these sites, get the address and write a letter to the Secretary explaining your interest. The Secretary will set up a meeting with a Mason. You will have to know that there is a screening procedure to determine if you are suitable before you will be allowed to join,

Same as anywhere else. First you have to want to be a Freemason, which you apparently do. You must also be known to Freemasons who are prepared to recommend you to the Lodge as a member. Unless you know someone who is a Mason, you cannot join. Finally, the members of the Lodge must approve your application.

In the process, your reasons for wanting to be a Mason as well as your general character will be scrutinized.
