n0 the shelters in phildalphia are primarliy jus focused on the homeless. they r really focused on gettin that money or that gwap from the state. speaking from a person that comes from the poverty and streets aka gutter projects. shout out to my old neighbors in the 19th st. projects south philly throw urs s'ss up.
