It depends on where you are from. If you are from another part of the West, you might have to acclimate to the altitude (if you bake, read the box for the high altitude directions), but your body will be pretty adjusted after 3-4 weeks.
If you are from the Eastern US, you might have to adapt to a drier climate. Many people I know who moved from the East use a lot of lotion so their skin doesn't feel dry all the time.
If you are from the Northwest US, you might have to adapt to a lot more Sunlight... wear sunscreen when you are oudoors to avoid a bad sunburn.
If you are from Phoenix or another desert area, you might have to adapt to snow during the winter. Dress warmly, wear shoes that the snow won't get into and then melt... and give yourself a LOT more time to travel during bad weather. Try to learn to drive in the snow rather than expecting it to be the same as driving on dry pavement.
If you are from New York City, you might have to adapt to being able to see the stars, or breathing some nice, fresh air.
