How do you get a headquarters on new york city tycoon?

It is very simple :D First, go build about 2 of one kind of buisiness, then go to your panel and click "my buisinesses" then find "chain buisinesses" (something like that becos i forgot) then you should see the 2 buisinesses you just built. You can see what rating it needs to meet, and how many of that kind of buisiness you have, just achieve the rating and get enough of that kind of buisiness. Eventually, a "HEADQUARTERS" button will pop up at the same place and you click it, choose a building style of your HQ, place it in either Midtown, Harlem, Chelsea, Financial District, TriBeCa. (All of the other districts will restrict you from placing the HQ. P.S. The HQ can grow up to taller than the Empire State Building! Isn't that cool! Also, weirdly I discovered that some buisinesses like Lowes Theatre cannot have a HQ.
