I received a letter today about my taxes and demand for a past due amount. I have talked with the Bloomington of twice and sent them a letter before April 15 to try to set up a payment plan. I sent 50$ along with a letter. I never heard from them so in May I contacted the office and they said they were running behind and that I would receive the paperwork I needed to fill out for payment plan. Monday I callled once again and talked to someone who got things straight and told me I would have to pay 20% of what I owed and then my payments would begin. I wish to know why I received this letter when I have taken the steps to try to pay this amount. This letter has come from Indianapolis and I have talked to the offices in Bloomington. I would think you would have some kind of connection to understand I have tried to do what I was supposed to and contacted the department three times. Please respond to me and let me know if the arrangements I made on Monday still exist or if I have to come up with all this money at once.....thank you Terri Ubelhor tax TID6010461642-000
