Very easy to do: you can hire a private van for about $60-70USD or take a local bus for only $10.00USD. Simply ask at the hotel and they can furnish a private van, or go to a local foreigner bar (recommended) and ask a foreigner. If you choose a bus, you will have to get transportation (easy to do) and go to the bus terminal. I am not sure of the bus schedule, but remember, you WILL be traveling through rebel country and they frequently stop the bus and rob the passengers. I have 30 plus years of Philippine experience. Have a good trip. Always hide your valuables. Scan and print ALL of your papers: driver's license, passport, ATM cards, etc. Never take a chance when in Zamboanga. CDO is safe.
