We have a situation at our company right now that an employee who has been out for over a year receiving work comp payments and is working under the table jobs and for another company. We were notified of this information by an anonimous caller. If you know of someone doing this I would recommend you call the company they are receiving work comp checks from. You can even send a letter. It is very likely that the company is having it investigated but has no ideas on where to start or even look to see if the person claiming is scamming. You can stay anonimous and still give details of where the person was witnessed working etc... I know we are truly grateful for our anonimous caller.
