There is no actual word for a cookie in Slovak other then a slag word:

Cuku -pronounced Ku-Ku

You can also say Kolac -pronounced Ko-Lach

which is how you say cake in Slovak but if you were referring to a cookie in your sentence then it would be understood. Kolac when directly translated means baked good and a cookie is considered one and can be called a Kolac in the Slovak language.
