In many Scots dialects people will refer to small things as "wee".
I am unaware of the Scots Gaelic word at this time.
The Scottish Gaelic word for 'little' is beag, pronounced beg.
It means 'little'. Someone scottish could say something like: 'Och, look at this wee dog!' (oh look at this little dog!)
In Irish: garpháiste beag In Scottish Gaelic: ogha beag
Irish Gaelic would be bocairín.In Scottish Gaelic it is foileag.
Ive heard relatives say tidgy...dont know if that helps.
