In Taiwanese, the correct phrase is: 為蝦米。
To write it out in ㄅㄆㄇㄈ, you write:ㄨㄟˊ ㄒ一ㄚ¯ ㄇ一ˇ。
To write it out in Hanyu Pinyin, you write: Wéixiāmǐ.
This is opposed to Chinese, where they would say 為甚麼 (ㄨㄟˋㄕㄣˊㄇㄜ˙/Wèishénme).
