If for any reason, blah blah, by her own volition, no longer desires to occupy the property, she need only advise bloo bloo in writing, with a 30 day notice, that she intends to move and will be making other living arrangements.
So long as the legal obligations are being met, and no unintended rights are attempted, this lifetime occupancy will end upon the demise of blah blah.
