If you fly the most direct route (ie Brisbane > Singapore > London Heathrow) flight time is 22hrs 10 mins but there will also some stop-over time in Singapore. Alternatively you could for sacrificing the extra 1hr 30 mins take the A380 all the way to London from Sydney by flying there first. Personally I think this is worth it over flying the older A330 classes which qantas operate on Brisbane > Singapore route.
