The easiest way to reach Heathrow from central London is by taking the Heathrow Express from Paddington Station. It’s fast, comfortable, and gets you to the airport in around 15 minutes. You can also use the Piccadilly Line, which offers a direct and cost-effective route to all terminals. Taxis, ride-shares, and airport buses are also available if you prefer a door-to-door option. About 4 hours.
Either take a cab or the tube (underground train)to central London and a bus or short cab ride from there. A cab is very expensive. The quickest (but more expensive) way by public transport is to take the Heathrow Express train (station is between terminals 1 & 2) to London Paddington station. From there, it's probably easiest by cab as it's an awkward tube journey. Slower but cheaper is to take the Piccadilly Line to Green Park (about 50 mins running time) then walk a short distance along Piccadilly towards Piccadilly Circus, and Old Bond St is on the left. Do the opposite for a journey from Heathrow to Bond Street.
