There is a huge farm right in the middle of Ottawa called the "Experimental Farm" this is run and operated dby the Federal Government, the name speaks for itself, this is where many seeds are developed and analyzed, also animals are bred and tested to see how to keep them healthy. It is a major attraction in Ottawa, especially for kids.
