As of my last update, the exchange rate for Malaysian Ringgit (RM) to Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) fluctuates, so it's important to check a reliable financial source for the most current rate. As a rough estimate, RM 1000 might be equivalent to approximately 0.75 to 0.80 KWD, but this can vary. Always consult a currency converter or financial institution for the latest rates before making any transactions.

At U54 - RM 10 000 to RM 11 000 per month including allowances. About RM 7000+ monthly if without allowances. Higher for Associate Professors and Professors- possib. Not much difference with private medical school, maybe only +RM 1000 higher only for senior lecturers i.e. about RM 11000, unless foreign lecturer - foreign lecturers are paid higher at private medical schools.
