To be a head hunter, you have to have special training. I suppose they must make in the high $80,000 bracket each year depending on who they work for.

A good headhunter, depending on the industry, can make anywhere from 100K - $1M a year. Once again, it depends on the industry. $80K would be about the base salary for Corporate recruiters with about 8+ years experience but headhunter (recruiters) make considerably more.
