How much is a commercial whitewater rafting license and how do I get one?
I am a certified raft guide and an officer of a camping club at a university and we are legally considered a "commercial" organization (even though we are a non-profit organization) because we are considered an outfitter. And we can't raft without a license. Is there anyway around this? Our club can't afford the license and we already have the gear!
