if it's pretty and someone wants to buy it for that reason then it's worth what someone will pay for its aesthetic quality. But if not and if it is solid 14K and not plated with gold over some other metal, then when it's made or what it looks like aesthetically matter not, rather what matters is how much it weighs.

Determine the weight of the bracelet in grams, multiply that by 31.1 to get how may troy ounces of 14K gold it is. Then multiply that number by .585 to get how much pure gold is in the item in troy ounces. Then multiply that number by the market value for gold in troy ounces (somewhere around 950$ at present). Multiply that number by .70 or 70% to get a reasonable number to sell it at to a dealer who wants to mark it up 30% to sell.
