Like all countries that issue coins, Panama has more than one denomination so "a Panama coin" is not specific enough to ID your item. However, Panama's currency is linked to the U.S. dollar. That means if it's an ordinary circulation coin with a denomination in centavos or Balboas, its value is the same as if it were in cents or dollars; i.e. 25 centavos = 25 cents.

If the coin is a silver bullion coin (it may say something like "oro puro") its value is determined by the price of silver, now about $18/oz
