It's not the coffee itself that is bad for a 14 year old, it's the cafien that stunts your growth. If you were to drink one cup of coffee a day it wouldn't be bad but most kids also drink alot of energy drinks and soda. I'm 5.9 and 14 years old and I drink coffee just about every day and if you drink a cup of coffee a day with limited soda and no energy drinks then you WILL be fine.

Shake the drink mixer vigorously for 30 seconds. Fill half a cup with the coffee. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar. Add 3rd of cup of milk to coffee. Add the milk from the drink mixer.
