Well, on the back of my manga, Tokyo Mew Mew is rated as T, as in you have to be 13 years old or older to read the manga. But in my opinion, if you think you are mature enough, then you can go ahead and read it. I personally didn't find anything too horrible in the manga, but that's just me. You should go read it, it's an amazing manga! :)
