If you're calling the number from outside the UK - you need to dial the international access code that tells your telephone system to dial a number outside your country. then the country code for the UK, then the number itself - without the leading zero.

For example If you're dialling from the USA you would dial 00441489885933 - you omit the first zero - because that's just to tell UK telephone exchanges the number is not a local call.
