It is capsized the wrong way.
The boat capsized.
It was too badly damaged. It was hit by at least five aerial torpedoes (possibly nine), which caused it to flood on the port (left) side that caused it to capsize to port in Pearl Harbor. When it capsized, the upper superstructure came to rest on the muddy harbor bottom. Because it was one of the most heavily damaged battleships, it was salvaged after the others. It was not until late in 1943 that it was righted & refloated.
