In my experience hotels are somewhat expensive, but meals, public transport and museums are very reasonable.
First, you may visit Moldavia(in Romania, not Republic of Moldavia) monasteries. Then, stop in Danube Delta and visit some nice islands. Finally, you can go to Black Sea.You can visit Sibiu city, Bucharest city, Arad city and a lot of things.
if you go organized in a group you can afford the vacation there, but if you go with no preparation at all you may fint it expensive.
Depends quite a lot on what currency you're bringing. Generally speaking alcohol and restaurants are expensive.
Montevideo is not cheap, it's expensive for Uruguayans. For tourists is similar to prices in Europe, more expensive than the US.
London is an expensive city to visit as a tourist so you need to be quite well off to be able to make the most of your stay.
