OFCOURSE IT IS! It's just beautiful! The malls are great, the schoola are good, the housing is lovely, the hotels are beautiful, THE CITY IS JUST AMAZING! It's a great place to come and live! It has the only 7 star hotel, the largest mall, the tallest building, the biggest aquarium it is beautiful! Whoever comes here will definitely not regret it! and the best part is...there is NO crime! I live in a beautiful developement called Victory Heights and it is awsome! There are great people and there are apartments, villas and a hotel for victory heights is being built (yes, it is right next to victory heights). So basically at all 2:00am in the morning i ask my mum to go outside and she says SURE! It is completely safe and it's a great experience! But the only problem is that there is traffic on certainr roads....BUT SO WHAT THAT HAPPEND IN EVERY COUNTRY,ISLAND,STATE,EMIRATE,CONTINENT,EVERYWHERE!=D So that is pretty much all I have to say about Dubai and it is lovely.
