Portugal does not have higher temperatures than Laos. It is much farther north than Laos is.
Brazil.
Well, honey, Spain has a warmer climate than Norway. Why? Because Spain is closer to the equator, soaking up more of that glorious sunshine. Meanwhile, Norway is up there chillin' in the north, closer to the Arctic Circle, so it's colder than a polar bear's toenails.
Norway
At some latitudes at some times, but not in general. Almost always colder than Florida and usually warmer than Alaska.
Norway is warmer than most countries in the Arctic Circle primarily due to the influence of the North Atlantic Current, which brings relatively warm oceanic air to its coastal regions. This ocean current moderates temperatures, especially in the winter, resulting in milder conditions compared to other Arctic nations. Additionally, Norway's varied topography and prevailing winds contribute to localized climate effects, further enhancing its warmer temperatures.
The climate is warmer.
Definitely Spain! Norway has warm summers; on a nice warm day it can get up to 30 degrees Celsius, but Norwegian winters are really cold. I'm a norwegian and I still haven't gotten used to it, haha. Temperatures are usually below 5 degrees Celsius and can go down to -30++ so yeah..Spain is much warmer than Norway!
as Portugal is to Spain... yes,but we like our other neighbours also Finland and denmark - to who we have a great bridge nowadays. --> we don't like that Norway are allmost as rich as oil sheijks.
It does -once in a while.
i think its Spain, Portugal, Norway and sweden??
The Gulf StreamA current from the Gulf of Mexico carries warm waters up north towards Europe. This is why Europe is warmer than the Northern US, even though it is farther north.
