Given the fact that China's overall social standards are not very high, it is not considered an MEDC. However, seeing as economically, it is one of the richest countries in the world, it is not an LEDC, either. It is a NIC (Newly Industrialised Country)!!

In my opinion i think China is a an LEDC country, because many people are poor. But if you have a look now, China it self is developing very quickly, and may become a an MEDC country very fast. No u r wrong

No although it is becoming very built up like an MEDC it is still an LEDC
