North America and South America are attached by the isthmus of Panama. Africa and Asia are attached by the Sinai Peninsula. Europe and Asia are so completely attached that calling them two separate continents is a decision based on politics rather than on any significant geographic feature.
it is debatable where the land borders between the continents are located & even whether they exist at all but most people might agree that the land border between Africa & Asia & the one between north & south America are shorter than the one between Europe & Asia & indeed there would not appear to be any others in the world than those 3 by any definition or opinion as for which is the shorter one of these shorter two & thus the shortest of all which you didnt ask but may have meant certainly the isthmus of panama is much narrower than the isthmus of Suez & its canal much shorter too so there is reason to conjecture that the border between the Americas if any & wherever it may actually lie is the shortest intercontinental land border in the world

The only body of water that makes any separation between the two is the Black Sea and the Bosporus.
isthmus - When a narrow strip connects two land masses. If it projects into ocean without connecting any land mass, it is called peninsula.
Europe and Africa are separated by the Mediterrannean Sea. The Sea also touches Asia, but it does not separate it from any other continent (it still touches Africa and Europe). if you liked this answer and it helped you, please recommend me vvvvvv (ameriziliano)
The two pairs of continents that are joined are North America and South America, which are connected by the Isthmus of Panama, and Europe and Asia, which are often referred to as Eurasia since they are part of the same landmass and are connected without any significant geographical barrier.
Yes.
Excluding any countries, in Asia: Any country on the NorthWest boarder of the continent; Europe would be considered near it.
North America, Europe, and Asia do not have any land in the Southern Hemisphere.
No. Only in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Yes. An isthmus can exist between two large landforms or between an island and a larger landform or continent. It is any narrow connecting neck of land. A tombolo is a sandbar that connects the mainland to an island, forming a permanent or temporary isthmus, and the island can be known as a "tied island". Tombolos form from sand or sediment pushed along a shoreline.
