No there is no law that i am aware of. Although a lot of leos will tell u that without really knowing the law itself. Besides most people would use them for home defense or target shooting. Police are more conserned about people carrying them on thier person while concealing, since it has a more deadly penetrating effect then a regular bullet. But no1 can carry in md anyways.
