for men or women?
For women I would say definitely not - you should be covered from your neck to your ankles and wrists so long sleeves and trousers or skirts and no low cut necklines or tight fitting clothes.
In Saudi Arabia, men should wear traditional clothing such as a thobe or dishdasha, along with a head covering like a ghutra or shemagh. It is also important to dress modestly and avoid wearing shorts or tight-fitting clothing in public.
shmagh and Ikal, a traditional head wear for men in Saudi Arabia.
Some Islamic countries are more tolerant about this issue, but Saudi Arabia is certainly not one of them. The answer is no. Absolutely not. Don't try it. In case I failed to mention it.....NO!
There is no reason why you can or can't wear one.
It's a part of their religion and in Saudi Arabia every religion except Islam is banned by the law.

The traditional attire that men wear in Saudi Arabia is called a thobe, which is a long white robe typically worn with a headscarf called a ghutra or shemagh.
